NESS Programmer App


We do not directly collect personal information of any sort through the NESS Programmer app. The app generates text-based log files which can be accessed by the user and submitted to our technical support team for analysis in the event of problems. These files record Bluetooth connection status, date and time of timing transmissions to the NESS tool, and acknowledgment or error codes received back from the NESS tool.
