We offer a full range of industry recognized FEED (Front End Engineering & Design) services including initial downhole tool project conceptualization & design and 2 & 3 dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) services in preparation for product manufacturing.
In addition, design drawing, as-built drawings, engineering analysis, functional evaluation and procurement planning are all available through our certified engineering and technical staff
Avalon products are typically made up of more than 90% in-house components. If we can do it in-house, we do it in-house. Why? Because we're a lean and specialized team who've built a company around quality-control. If we import a part or raw material, we source it from vendors who share that value. If we make it, we make it right.
Our modern full service machine shop compliments our mechanical design. A mix of manual machines and proven CNC technology, over 30 years of experience combined with the latest tooling allows us to promptly manufacture virtually any downhole tool or part.
